“Good value for the price.”

“We enjoyed the stay and will go back if we get the chance.”

“The room wasn’t as bad, it truly wasn’t dirty. I just wiped down and brought my own sheets just in case but honestly it was pretty clean! The staff was nice, there was breakfast like cereal and a waffle maker and coffee but we didn’t use it. There was restaurant and shopping really close which was nice. We stayed here to go to the talladega race, it was only an hour from the race track and we were able to take back roads to miss traffic. Overall a great stay for a short weekend trip! We’d stay……

“Check in was easy. Room was very clean, you can tell this hotel has been updated recently. Bed was comfy. Room had everything I needed. Breakfast the next morning was very good as most Hamptons are. Eggs, bacon, waffles etc.”

“I loved our stay. Cost was more than I expected. Thought going through Expedia would make price cheaper but Did not realize fees would be added.”

“Nobody was there when I went to check in The office looked terrible the whole place looked discutting”

“Owner was very responsive and nice. House looks like it was in the middle of being renovations that ended up abandoned. There is scrap wood, paint cans, and debris in every closet and around the exterior of the house. There is one remote that operates all three televisions in the house, so you cannot watch TV individually. Shower is also very stained and looks filthy. The location is very nice, beautiful views from the front of the house, and well located for local stores and eateries.”

“The home was very clean and perfect for our weekend getaway!”

“We had a wonderful stay at the Perch. It was the perfect way to break up our drive home after an Auburn football game. Everything was clean and cozy. The coffee they provided was such an added touch after a late night. We would definitely recommend!”

“Host was very communicative. Needed some maintenance/cleaning outside on porches. Was great house for small family. Driveway is a bit challenging with a boat trailer or more than 1 car. Would use agai. For future stay.”

“The house is a good size and well-furnished for guests. The location was great, and the owner was responsive to questions and concerns and prompt in communicating. Our stay was wonderful and we would recommend the place for friends looking for a place to rent on the lake!”

“We enjoyed our stay!”

“We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful lakefront property. The condo was a nice size & had everything we needed. We especially appreciated observing gorgeous sunsets & towering thunderstorms from both balconies. It was very hot during our stay, but the air conditioning worked like a dream. We didn't use the pool, but it was clean & inviting. The entire area is so lovely & green! There are many restaurants & local grocery stores nearby. Be sure to try Oskar's Cafe, which is probably only a……

“Super friendly host and a really cool little place to stay for a very reasonable price!”

“I liked this property and the owners were very communicative and helpful. I appreciated the nice touches and it was easy to access. Pool access was great although Alabama is hot so we didn’t get to use it as much. Be aware it has two staircases to get up from the parking level and one from the back ground level so if you have accessibility issues with stairs this is not the right choice but otherwise it is superb. Perfect for what we needed and we are grateful to the hosts.”

“My family loved staying here over the weekend.”
